hello new to the forum... i have a 2002 sks 700 with liberty motor gen2.
i have had this issue for three seasons now trying to work out this annoying erratic spark. it usually happens after the sled is warmed up and im going over rough terrain. i have done lots of things to it to try to figure it out..
had the shop put new titianium ves valves in it (cause one broke off and fell in and cost me pto side ) . put new voltage regulator on cleaned carbs, new coil, wires, caps, plugs, had timing checked i belive 15 degrese off tdc. head light is always strong so i think mag sould be ok. ive wiggled wires while its idleing to see if i can trigger it to stumble but wont it will idle all day. i have a can snostuff rumble pack on it and sounds great but think this can be the trouble or ecm/cdi brain box issue thats about wat im left with. any input would be great!! thanks

Have you tried it with the stock silencer on it?

no not yet the thing runs like a banchee when it runs good then when itgets fully warmed up then it starts stumbling. i put a tps checker tool on it and i cannot get it to 4.0 v i only can get it to 3.45v i got a new tps sensor (wasnt cheap) put that one on and only can get it up to 3.55v now it was set very low at 3.0 when i first checked it it runs a little better but i cant figure out why i cant get it to 4.0. could my carb sync rod be bent? the carbs look pretty even....

Ok so ordered a used set of carbs and going to see if i can get them too set at 4.0v tps. Hopefully this works ...
