doesnt wanna go
I have a 96 ultra built by a company called hot to go. Its a sound motor and it runs great at idle but when I give it throttle it won't go and it spits anew sputters. I have swapped coils already with a good set no difference. Any ideas of what could cause this?

sounds like a main jet is not big enough

Yes, this really sounds like a carb issue, give them a good cleaning and give it another try.

Carbs are spotless rebuilt fuel pump last year and haven't rode it cause we didn't get any snow.

I agree I would replace the jets in the carbs.

Your carbs might be out of wack may need some running, how old is the fuel in the sled ? This ethanol gas nowadays is crap, wouldn't hurt to run some ethanol treatment in the tank. Seafoam or Lucus ethanol treatment works great.
