Do all cylinders fire at the same time on an 95 rxl 650?

Wondering if they fire at the same time, i traced my bogging problem back to efi box not sending power to the flywheel side injector. Injector tested good and has proper power, but its not getting the ground signal from the box. Could that be a relay? Or if they all fire together, can i tap into the ground signal from one of the other injectors?

Just not firing in the right cylinder. It was showing a code:21.. which is flywheel side injector, but the injector itself tested good, and the ground coming from the efi box for that injector wouldnt read on the multimeter like the other 2 did

Is the wires to that injector reading good, could just be a bad connection.

Nothing coming from the wire to the injector. Tested the other 2 and were fine, so its coming from the ecu..
