hey guys having a problem with my xlt when i start from a dead stop it bogs and i have to play with the throttle a little to get it to go but once it goes its great. Its also very hard to start when the sled is warm. Any suggestions?

Carbs are cleaned but i have not done the clutches, what is the easiest way of doing them?

The carbs are clean, are they adjusted properly?

Also, check the 3 drain plugs in the block directly under the y pipe. I had an issue with my 97 XLT a couple years ago. There was gas in the block and it would do as you are describing, bog on take off, run out good and was an absolute pig to start warm.
