my 800 09 switchback dragon

went sledding with two friends for two days first day sledd was performing good but today running in about 2ft of powder it started to have a faint sputter at around 50mph and if i gave it more throttle it would get worse where the engine light would come on. The outdoor temp was around -25 degrees celcius. If i keep the sled on a groomed trail it would run fine. the engine has had the upgrades all done and only has around 2000miles. Wondering if anyone might have a idea what to look at am going to calll dealer in morning

seal up around the head light and all the places you can find around the head light and console area where snow could get into the air box with silicone. Put tape or whatever over the headlight adjuster nob as well. If you take a flash light and look down into the air box chances are you will see snow and ice in the bottom. I also took off the piece under the hood that feeds air to the air box on my '08 and there was a ton of snow covering everything in there which I cleaned out. Good luck, and there is nothing to lose doing this because it needs doing any way. For more improvements to do on the IQ sleds go to the snow west online forums and look for the sticky in the IQ section.
