94' 650 efi to carb swap? Is it possible? New to the sled world, but know my 4-strokes.. is this even possible? And if so, easy and cheap?

You will need the following;
Fuel pump
Carbs
Stator
Wiring Harness
You may have to drill a hole for the pulse line barb

Ok thank you, i checked ebay and i found 650 triple carb setup from a jetski?? Any chance that would fit? All on the intake manifold, and also found 3 single carbs from an indy 650 classic. And also where would the wire harness be tied into?

Pwc motors are set up differently from sled motors.
You would have to swap in the entire motor for it to work.
