Unhappy Secondary clutch sheave align?

Well ive done it now... I took apart my secondary on my 96 xlt rmk 600, marked the halves, and when i went back together low and behold either i scotch brighted the paint marker off, or the parts washer did. Now what do i do? There has to be a way to figure this one out huh?

I don't think there's an alignment mark on the secondary like there is on the primary. The book doesn't mention any alignment issues, just preload the spring by turning the movable sheave 1/4 turn (past the next ramp on the helix) and you should be good to go.

Well i think i was concerned on the balancing, because each sheave has holes drilled in them and i was curious if the position of them/indexing has any factor on balance at all or just put her together and run it. Thanks again Dan.
