Take the fuel line off of the pump that goes into the tank. Blow on it. If you hear air, the line in the tank is broke and that is your problem. If you hear bubbles and then gas comes out, it isn't necessarily broke. It would run with a full tank vs a half or almost empty tank.

Are your float bowls filling completely. If it's running when you put fuel through the carb throats then you're not getting fuel through the carbs. Have you checked your pulse line to make sure you don't have a crack. You could possibly see the fuel move but it could possibly not have enough pressure to move it all the way into the carbs.

line is not broken. when i blow pressure into the gas tank, fuel goes through the lines. pulseline is good and fuel pump isnt leaking.i tested it by blowing in the vaccum inlet. just keep blowing in, if it stops taking air its not leaking it. im pretty sure the bowls have gas in them, they did when i took them off last week (wasnt running then either)

The test that JheLrey is describing is a little different, though... Pressurize the line from the tank to the pump to make sure that it will hold pressure / vacuum to draw the fuel.
The test you did proved that the line in the tank is good and will feed fuel to the lines... Now you will want to prove that you can create a draw in the line to actually coerce the fuel out of the tank.

I think you need to start over and troubleshoot again. Anytime I have had a sled that would not run, etc. like yours, its either dirty carbs, impulse line off, or the line in the tank fell off. You would see gas in the lines if the gas is high enough in the tank to get to the fitting.
Are your gas lines routed directly on the fuel pump? Gas on? Etc. KISS (Keep it simple stupid) It's all got us before!
