Xtra-10 Identification Help Needed...

I purchased a Xtra 10 rear skid and was wondering if there was anyway to identify what it may have come from originally, to help with the purchase of replacement parts. Thanks again for all of your help.

There are at least 3 different Xtra 10s (121", 133 1/2", 136"). Some of the rails have a part number on them that you can go to the Polaris website and start checking numbers. Yours appears to be the short one. It is also my understanding that there are different length front torque arms and mounting locations depending on the year.

my bad i assumed he had the 121. all 121" should be the same. just as all 133.5 would all be the same.

In researching my x10 swap, I found there are 2 flavors of the 121. Either referred to as the metric or standard versions, depending obviously on the bolts used. I don't know exactly what else is different, but there are minor differences between them beyond the bolts (different shocks to start with IIRC). (mounting should be the same though)

The only other difference would be whether it had oil or gas shocks and if they were re-buildable.
