'96 XLT 600 Suspension

Found a rear skid from a '96 XLT 600 for sale. Would this be a Xtra 10, or a Xtra 12 suspension? Thanks!

That is an xtra 12. My 1997 XLT has one in it. Some XLT's had the 10 some the 12. The 12 is more for trail rides and just cruising. The 10 is more sporty and for ditch banging and such.

Thank you for the help! I will pass as I've read that the Xtra 12 is too much work to add to a '91 Indy.

Not really. You should only have to re drill the rear mounting holes and that's really it. I put those skids in old Yamaha srvs, older indys and more. Its a really simple job.
