An Early Indy Modification?...

This is the rear suspension mount an a Indy 440 Sport the model number is 0910443. can someone verify the year please? Anyway, it appears that the mount has been modified with some brackets. What appears to be the original hole in the tunnel, has some marks like the head of a bolt had been there before. Can anyone help? Thanks!

That all original stuff. You can change your height and track angle and ski pressure by changing the holes

Polarisfreak, I appreciate the help! I feel like a fool as I was just out and looked at my "new" '91 500 Classic... And it has the exact same deal with the bracket and lower hole. What advantages, or disadvantages, would I have by changing to the lower hole? Thanks again.

If you want more ski pressure put it in the lower hole. That is about all besides making it sit taller.
