Extensions
The other day I saw a sled like mine that had an extended track and tunnel. I have never seen an extension kit on a sled before, I always thought people just swapped with other sleds to get longer track. I started researching a little bit and found rail/tunnel extension kits. I'm not quite sure which way to go. I have a 98 Polaris Indy RMK 700. I'm not sure which spec is right but I've heard that these sleds are either 133 or 136 inch tracks. Here's where my questions start. Depending on which track mine has, what are my extension opinions? I personally think a 144 would be just fine but that's if I can go that long. Not sure if anyone else has done that to their sled or not but if you have what brand of extension kits do you guys recommend? Where is a good place to buy everything required for doing something like that at a reasonable price. Also where is a good place to get a left handed throttle kit for fairly cheap. Thanks for any input.
