If my memory is correct ,on my 93'RXL sks that drive bearing under the secondary clutch with speedo has the bearing holders, plates,or what ever you call them on the one side, but it may be different on yours .The bearing should slide of the shaft with a little grunt work, may need a puller to help it along.

I think the coller with set screw is to lock the shaft so the shaft stays in place .Man ...I'm trying to remember how I did mine ,& come to think of it ,it was a bear to get off the shaft.I think I drilled a hole to line up with the shaft on the side of the belly pan .Like the main dive clutch has with rubber grommlet ,hole saw of course 1/2in.,or 3/4in hole. With the puller in place torqed up, stick a shaft (1/2in socket extention) ,or simular through the hole on to the end of the puller & strike with a hammer & repeat. You should see the bearing starting to move.WD 40 may help some. Then find a rubber plug to plug the hole after you are done. This is to pull the bearing of corse not the locking collar with set screw.

That collar should loosen and slide off if you rotate it.

It only uses 2 triangles and they are both supposed to be on one side. I change mine and put them on inside of bulkhead (closer to belly pan) this way I can change bearing on trail. If the bearing has been on there a few years. I cut the triangles off and than slide shaft out and just press bearing off. Those triangles are 5 bucks for 2 from farm and fleet.

much easier, you should be able to pry the one over the bearing if you find it hard to get something in there to cut it. Also I think that the collar has two set screws and some older models actually slides over the bearing.
