Question Possible to rise bars on 95 indy with reverse?

Hey there! I have a 95 Indy long track with reverse and I was wondering if it's possible to raise the handlebars 3-4 inches.. My local royal distributing has throttle extension cables but no cables to extend the reverse line... Any thoughts, ideas? Don't wanna sacrifice the reverse, comes in handy when hitting the powder!

Get the deferent reverse lever set up that clamps around the handle bar and just clamp it to the steering hoop. I've done this before

Just thinking out loud here:

The cable shouldn't be anything "special"... What about using a clutch cable or similar from a motorcycle and cutting it down to the appropriate length? Those things should be universal in length and you shorten it to fit your ride. As long as the clip on the top fits the handle, it should work.
