2006 Polaris iqr 440 motor swap

I have a 440 iqr and I may put a 600 liberty motor in it. Will the 440 carbs from work on the 600 motor if I use the proper jets?

Isn't that 600 a tripple? If so ur missing a carb. Second i don't know if the spigot mounts are the same. The mount may have to be changed for a different sized carb. And if u go to a smaller carb on that bigger motor the full potential won't be there. Kinda like running 3/4 throttle at wide open.

There are no Liberty triple engines.

Yeah I know its a twin motor. Anyone know if I can make the 440 carbs work on this 600 motor?

The bore of the carbs will be too small.

You will need the carbs and pipes for the 600, the clutch can be refitted for the 600[spring and weights].

Running 440 carbs on a 600 would severely limit it's potential, even if you could set it up to run with a safe air/fuel mix.
