I used to ride the crap out of it about 4 years ago. Than 3 years ago I rolled it and it sucked in snow and took out mag cylinder and piston. Than 2 years ago the crank broke just like every 800 will, than last year i only put on 19 miles as lack of snow, this year will be its maiden voyage today. But I pull the motor every year to clean and inspect things so that why it's clean

Nice!
I sealed up the exhaust system and removed my electric faceshield plug in today. My lights haven't been quite right, going to replace the voltage reg when the new one gets here.

Getting back to a discussion from last month about my 96 xlt sp. i had the bog coming off idle whhich would clear up with some speed. Had good spark but center cylinder plug was strangely shiny cleen.
Finaly hsd someone else check my work on the carbs. Found i had the floats installed up side down on that cylinder. Makes sense now!
No problem at idle because not producing much vac.
Flood out at acceleration.
Clear up at high rpm
