Ya know... someone probably here has a box of extra stuff like this just sitting on there shelf ? You may have to see your Polaris dealer .
You could also check at some muffler shops & match up what you have ,you may luck out ? I have 1ex.doughnut to worry about ,you have 6 . Crapy they are missing !

Aahhh... thank you (RJ) & you to (dhridenh) . Took some work to get it back to where I like it looking like new again . Yup... your style of sled was the first Ultra to come with factory pipes ,the ULTRA SPX 135hp.
Although, with a little tinkering & a set of (Dyno Port) pipes & yes this thing can unleash the beast from 115 hp to a 150 -155hp ! For now... I 'll just leave it stock. A DG can would be nice to give it that triple sound that everybody will remember .

rejetting isnt necessary with changing the can as far as my knowlage knows. im about 98% sure its only when you change the pipes (expansion chambers)

That's a awsome deal on the belt ,should of got two at that price.
If it was me with the tank ,i would take it off.Dump out what ever is in there into 5 gallon pail,or something.let the tank thaw out apply a little bit fuel then drain again.,But that's just me. I'ed be a little worried with the fumes & the shop vac .

Yes... on the (DG) can & (Dyno Port) can exhaust, no need for jetting. The aftermarket pipes & silencer yes ... jetting ,clutching ,& maybe gearing for the type of riding.

OK... tomorow is the annual (Orlow poker rally) out at a little hall in the middle of nowhere ,about 17 miles from here, but I'm probably going to decide to head to the river again since it looks smooth like glass!
The terrain around here has a lot of snow ,but I think the rally will be a snow cross with the size of drifts out there, & after 65 miles I'll be picking peaces of myself off the snow .
Compression test is going to be done tomrrow & check plugs for burn .

Ok... so you have the pipes & silencer (muffler) on the sled, good.
The reed issue in the MAG cyl. When a reed is bent ,or is showing a gap it is telling you that the material that it is made out of is starting to get fatiged , (breaking down). The reed pedals should't be turned over once they are arched, but be replaced .Think of a humming birds wings. At 8000 rpm those reed pedals open & close 7999 times, that's alot of work for those little suckers!Time for new replacement pedals. They could have a chance of breaking when you turn them over.
What do you meen you lost the PTO side? Did you loose spark ? Fouled plug? Check compression & see what you have, but it still should be at 125lbs.Let me know.

Today was a good day.... I decided to hit the river instead of doing the rally man ...7 miles of the ruff, but after it was smooth as glass for at least 50 miles I made my own rally ,did a couple of stops . Camera kinda sucked alone the way ,but got some pics ,i'm glad I did it .It was so cool & the river of glass!
