That line coming off the pump is the vacuum (pulse) line & yes it does go to the brass nipple on the case. Make sure you put on the correct clamping !

The black wire goes to ground, your missing an electrical eyelet on that one.

If you look closely on the back side where the coils are all mounted you will see they are all connected together ,like a grounded circuit, metal strip on the botom ,& each coil to the mounting nut at the top . Third wire gose to the harness .

So on the harness on the sled #1 coil is closest to the MAG side,#2 is the middle Cyl. ,& #3 to farthest away the PTO side. They should all be plug & play. Black to the black on the harness. Hope this makes sence to you?

As long as it wasn't hacked up! You'll need to plug it in like the rest of the wires there ,or crimp with elec.connectors.

A brass nipple with ribs on the hose side would be better ,& clamp. They should be pressed in for a tight fit! I still don't get why the fitting would be gone?

I don't know y either. I can not find anything that fits for fittings it's 1/8 inch stuff luckily I found 1/8 inch copper pipe so I cut about a inch off of it and I have a metal to metal epoxy that can handle 400 degrees and 4500 psi so not to worried. About this thing getting pushed out from pressure. now I can't figure out how to put the pull start back together. When I got it it was pulled apart so I got a new spring but I can't seem to get it back together.

Right on...Sounds like your almost ready to drop that thing in where it belongs?
That brass fitting is probably metric size, sounds like you may have it fixed anyway.

Yea I am hoping tomarrow I will be dropping it in I have a 10x20 out door tarp garage so I will brake out my torpedo heater and generator to get the thing warm and now I have to heat up all the rubber hoses and boots because ten-1 degree temp has made anything rubber hard as a rock hahaha massive suck on that lol

Sounds familuler... I had to do the same thing when putting my RXL together 2 years ago ,but in a 60' x 100'x 16ft. hanger ,not very nice.Going to do some more riding tomorrow since the temp. is going to rise from -40 this week to a bombing - 14o celceus on the Ultra. Hope all goes well!

Change the plug ,& see what happens? Scratch on piston could be from install hard to say.Don't run to long without exhaust on ! Compression will tell you what she's at for sure . Make sure your gettin lot's of oil & 50:1 in the tank! With the exhaust on you can tell better if it's firing also on all cyl. ,or a dead one when that one stay's cold. Make sure the carbs are in sync.Let me know !

yea the plug is new and has spark it seems like the mag side is not firing but its hard to say my buddy in the video by that side is a small engine mechanic and i am a auto and diesel mechanic the rings were free when i installed it. the gas is like 60 to 1 got a little extra in there accidentally haha and oil pump seams to be working. but to me it sounded good but my buddy thinks its not going off oooo btw the mag side carb is getting gas to much i would say because its coming out of the back of the carb intake side idk

i wish i could talk in person on it its one of those things we turned in the ajusters all the way in and backed them out 3 turns each of the carbs would u all recommend bringing them out all the way then turn them in 1 and a half turns or what idk first time syncing carbs on a triple

Not really sure what adjusters your turning? In adjusting the carbs ,making sure your throttle cable is approx. where it would be with the air box in.
Now ...with a 3/16in. drill bit take the (shaft side of corse)& carefully stick it in under the taper of the needle jet cylinder . Loosen off your cable adjustment on top of the carb. Make sure your idle screw is backed off at this time, then adjust the cable so the cylinder comes down & just touches the drill bit,you should be able to pull the bit in & out with a slight drag of the bit.
Your piolet jet should be 1 turn out from bottomed seat. After you have done this to the other 2 carbs, go back & check & make sure that they are all the same .Try the throttle cable at the lever.Do all the carbs start to open when you start to press the lever? If not go back & adjust them till they do , then tighten the cable adjusters ,making sure you are still in sync with all three carbs. Then set your idle screw till it just starts to lift the cylinder 1/4 turn , or till you have it running at 1900rpm .you will unsync the carbs if you do not turn them equaly! Hope this helps!
Take your time ,this is probably the most important job to having it run correctly & mixing the fuel air ratio evenly! I don't care if it takes you all day ,make sure that these things are in sync!!! Then we can proceed to the next stage. Oh ya ... put the pipes on ,your in a lean condition without them.
