location for delrin washer?

I bought one of these from SLP-at BC Dan's suggestion-for doing my driven clutch rebuild. The diagram from SLP shows two possible locations that the delrin washer can go depending on if I have a fixed or floating spring.

Sled is a 2004 RMK 700 and it has a TEAM driven clutch. I'm assuming it is a floating spring, since the spring I bought to replace the one that is already in the driven clutch, doesn't have any tabs on it. Am I right in my assumption??

Yes. The Team springs only act in compression and not in torque. The washer helps prevent the spring from galling the clutch.

Thanks again for your help. All the mods are almost done, just have to finish the driven clutch. Can't wait for the snow to start falling!!

Gives one something to think about when on a fire in 100 degree temps, that's for sure
