hey i just bought a 1995 polaris 650 rxl efi and just wanted to kno what i should look for problems and what everyone thinks about it

You will need to make sure that the battery is in good condition and fully charged.

97 ultra spx slp can geared clutch and 144 studs.(mine)

Oil feed to the PTO clutch is the only other potential problem.

stator, rectifier, voltage regulator, coils. He bought a 97, 700 ,ultra parts sled (catastrophic engine failure, snapped connecting rod, out the front of block, looking to see what electrical parts, if any, will work on his 95 rxl 650?

FYI, he's keeping the carbs, if the efi takes the s***'s half way through season, we can rig up some boots and do the swap. not sure what size carbs came on the ultra 700, but ill measure them, and maybe someone will know what jet size he will need to run. thanks....... CHEERS!!!!!!
