Snowmobile wont start! HELP?

got the sled for a steal cause it wasnt running right, found the problem the carbs were literally frozen, so i emptied out every line in every part of the sled and put fresh gas, put it all back together wont start, engines flooding the crankcase is full of gas, it has some spark

i emptied everything out put a bit of gas in the cylinder, and it turns over only a little like 1 tiny fire and its done, any suggestions?

sled is a 2000 polaris triumph (basicly xlt motor) 120-125 psi across

The engine will flood (fill up with gas) if the fuel pump diaphragm is ruptured (rebuild pump) or a needle isn't sealing, which required replacing needle/seat seat.

Once the leak is found and repaired, and crankcase is drained of gas, it should start, though it might require you to pull it over as if its flooded.
