polaris fusion 600

i have a 2006 fusion 600 HO. The sled was always just okay, never all that happy with the way it handled and the performance was so so. So this year i decided to stick some time and money into it and make some changes. Looking for some help with rejetting, what jets to use, re timing info/suggestions and also clutching info, what springs and weights to use. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Changes made so far include:
1.5" ripsaw track
1.75" woodys mega bite studs
Sly dog trail skis with 9" Studboy shaper bars
regeared 22-40 came with 23-39 stock
slp hot air elimination kit
Bikeman Performance Pipe mod
Bikeman Performance can
also purchased v force 3 reeds, not installed yet waiting till i redo carbs
had a clutch kit put in when i first bought it, not sure on weights, but has black spring with purple marks think it was an slp clutch kit not forsure
Had shocks revalved/ rebuilt by FETT brothers performance, they did there stage 2 kit with different coil overs springs in front and heavier duty torque springs on rear. has anyone ever had this mod done?

First of all, you are definitely serious about making your sled a leader of the pack!! Onto your set up, make sure you get a hold of Bikeman on that pipe/can combo, and match a clutch kit to it for what your riding style will be, whether it be corner to corner, trail, or ditch banging, and ask if Delrin Washers would be beneficial. Last make sure the 1.75" lug clears heat exchangers

its 1.5 log track and 1.75 studs and yea they seem to clear okay, haven't put the suspention back in yet but the tracks in and not hitting anywhere.
what are delrin washers, and what do they do?
i ride this sled on trail mostly, and do some ditch banging and love to go play in the big snow drifts. want this sled to be quick off the line , and corner well. not real worried about top end so much as low to mid range.

SLP makes them and their intent is to eliminate binding on the secondary spring, I put three in on a friends '06 Fusion 600HO
