antifreeze in cylinders 2000 XC600

I have a polaris xcsp 600 which I went to start up to check it over and found antifreeze in the cylinders. Both cilynders have the same amount in them. I have already replaced the o-ring under neath the head but didnt fix problem. Does anyone have a clue what could be the cause of this?
