Whats with the RMK??

i was worndering what the whole RMk thing stands for??

I just picked up a 99 polaris 500 RMK with 4200 miles for $600.


I realize that the RMK stands for Rocky Mountain King, but what does that intail....

it looks raised a lil and larger/extended track and tail.



any info on sled would be appreciated

It should have a lighter rear skid, possibly narrower ski stance, longer track of coarse, may have different jetting for high altitude... things like that, not too sure on how different the older ones were then the newer ones
