i have a 1994 xlt 580 with a dg can on it i just moved north and its allegal to go on the trails with the loud can. now i have a 1991 rxl 650 part sled if i put that can on my xlt(if it fits )will i reck anything on my xlt or will it be fine thanks for any help

I dont think you will ruin anything... I think the worst case scenario is lack of performance. Make sure that replacement can fits right.. not touching the bellypan... exits out the stock hole..and the springs all hook up

Is the DG can for sale... If the new one fits in then you will be fine, they all do the same thing
