Was wondering how the v force power reeds work and what if anything they would do for my 2002 polaris 600?

Welcome to the forum!

Aftermarket reeds usually flow a bit more air than stock and are more responsive. If you have done nothing to the exhaust, you won't notice very much difference by going to VForce 3 on a 600, the reeds are pretty efficient as they are. Add an aftermarket exhaust that flows more efficiently and/or do some cylinder porting, you may see more of a difference.
