Angry Help no spark!

Well i went to start my 600 the other day and it had no spark.... I had the stator all apart a couple months ago and sanded everything down and inspected the magneto and everything was fine exept for the peice of pull cord wrapped around it. I put it all back together and it had great spark and fired right up. it sat for about a month and now there is no spark at all....
what else should i check on it? and is there any way moisture could cause no spark? the cover did blow off in one rain storm. It has the XLT engine in it.

If it was me I'd take it back apart and inspect my work, as far as the moisture goes I'm really not sure.

Unplug the wires at the engine and check for spark. If it comes back, then it's the key or kill switches.

I did more work on it today and traced it down to a coil problem. I tested between the two wires comming off the cdi that go to the coils and i get about 150 volts every time. I also tested a running xlt and got the same results. I dont understand why all three would just stop working. the ground seems to be fine and all the connections are good. I aslo swaped a cdi from a running xlt and still no spark. Im going to try a in-line tester to make sure im getting a good ground. After that I guess ill have to swap all 3 coils off the running sled. This thing makes me mad!!!

My first reaction is the Key switch or the Kill switch. I've never seen 3 coils fail like that.

It's probably not all 3 coils.

well we put every thing back together and now it has spark. now it has a flooding problem and it fouled out the plugs. I drained the crank cases so with some new plugs she should be rippin. also i heard that the needles and seats were common to go bad so I might go and buy new ones.

Yeah, apparently that happens from time to time. I have yet to see it in 18 years of having them, but it makes sense.
