Changed pistons, 1st overbore, what else?

2000 Polaris Triumph, 600cc triple (XLT engine?).
My first piston went bad at 2,600miles, so I am re-building the whole engine. Bored out the block, and replaced pistons with 1st oversize 010. I've heard that I now have to do something with the mixture ratio. Replacing jets? Re-adjusting stuff?
I also re-built the gas diaphragm, and replaced oil seals. This is my first sled, and I don't know much about them. Is there anything else that should be done?
Before the first piston burned down. I could hardly start the sled, and it smoked a lot, but the compression was around 120psi. I cleaned the carbs, but didn't replace anything in them.
My questions:
*Adjusting/replacing parts due to piston oversize?
*Oil pump tuning/replacing?
*Anything else anyone would recommend?

since there is more displacement, i think you might have to step up to a slightly larger jet, and you may have to tune the oil pump up a bit, just loosen the screw and slide it up on the cable a hair...

I opened carbs diagram, and it has 5 parts with name Jet (Needle jet-(22), pilot jet-(30), starter jet-(31), main jet-(39), air jet pilot-(41)

for the oil pump, what cable do I loosen?
