I Finnaly water skipped my 97 polaris XC600

It was AWSOME!! All the flooding in south west michigan and northern indiana caused some ditches to flood. It was about a 1/4 mile stretch and only about 4 feet deep, so i figured, why not. Now i posted toward the begining of the year about wanting to do this, and it was the perfect spot and i quit being a chicken and finally did it. There are a few videos on youtube, This on was my first run ever on the water YouTube - 1997 Polaris XC 600 triple on water I have a still shot, but until i download it on my computer instead of my brothers, i cant post it on here. I will be going back out today except to a diffrent location as long as it is still flooded.
Let me know what you think.

What were you just cruising down the interstate and decided to stop and water skip? Haha. Right next to the highway makes it all the better

yeah, it was atually CR17 which leads to the 80/90 tool road in indiana. But it is usually a very busy area. The 20 or 30 cars that did pass i dont think have ever seen anything like it because they slowed down to a creep while i was going. It was pretty cool. Yeah, the rooster tail shoot out pretty good as well, i didnt even know it was doing it until i saw the video. I figured it would just look like i was gliding like most of the videos i see. My track has a staggerd paddle (i think thats what they call it) instead of the paddles going in a straight line, they stagger around the track and they are a 1" paddle, so i am kind of leary to get up to the water slow and then nail it becasue i dont know if it's going to "dig" itself into the water or if it would be alright. I want to go to this other place i found, but i will have to creep to the water then nail it, plus i'm gonna have to turn which didnt seem all that difficult. it wouldnt be much of a turn.

It looks like the video #2, there is a fence post in the middle of the water.
