I just bought an 03 RMK 800 motor used. It supposedly had the entire harness etc with it. I got it hooked up and it runs fine, HOWEVER I don't see where the tach headlamp harness plugs in???

The tach came plugged into a harness, that looks to have headlamp plugs and several other connections, but none mate to any on the engine and the engine does not have any empty plugs (one or two unused, but all 2 or 3 pin)

what am I missing??

by the way this a kind of frankestein sled, so I don't have anything stock to go off of.

can the tach be hard wired in without a harness? where does it get the signal from?

Try posting this at SnoWest, there are a ton of guys there with Edge RMK 800's. One of 'em is bound to chime in, take pictures, what ever it takes.
