I know there was an Arctic Cat recall for their tanks, haven't heard about Polaris.

Call your dealer; give them your vin number. They can verify recalls and get you a new tank. 04 Pro X also had a gas tank recall.

Polaris just put a new tank on my wifes 06 600 Fusion and my friends 06 900. They had the insert put the tank neck last year and they both broke on the same day this year. Threads on the tank break vertically, causing fuel leaks. Polaris waived the $50 deductible and put on brand new tanks.
