Both of those are about the same. I have always used genuine Polaris gasket kits, they seem to fit better and have less issues, especially on the Liberty engines. They are more money, but I've had good luck with OEM.
What BC Dan said is true. If you can afford OEM the base gaskets are usually tougher / less prone to tear and the O-rings fit better and are thicker. I used Winderosa on my last rebuild and I half thought about putting the used OEM stuff back in.
