Where can I find a tutorial or whatever on building a good, solid dirtbike jump?

if u have an old picnic table or 7, they can make great fillers to build a jump from. Just put a piece of plywood and pile dirt over it and BAM, A JUMP. Personnally i prefer step ups, but table tops are easy to learn on. Slowly work ur way up to bigger jumps, or u will regret when u fall off the back when u case it
