the WR is a '97 - the best year for the yamaha 2 stroke enduros.
the YZ is an '85 - for racing in the evo-vintage class.
the iCAT strengthens and lengthens the spark and acts as a capacitor. it improves throttle respose and torque under load (like going up a hill at lower speeds).

they are fun. the suspension on them came from the factory set up for desert enduros (translation- 5th gear down dirt roads). i changed that, but ity still has obscene top speed. the YZ handles way better though. pretty cool as 20 year old bikes go.

is the I cat worth the money, it is pretty spendy. transworld mx talked them up so much and I dont know what to think about them.

i just have a kx 100, and a tt-r 125. good bikes, both have their advantages over each other...
plus, my HPI super Nitro rally car (upgraded- swaybars, racing header/exhaust that screams!)
and my racing t-maxx, too many mods to list

i used to have a traxxas stampede electric and then got a t-maxx. they were fun while they ran but the t-maxx didn't like to start very good.

yeah, i havent gotten my t-maxx yet. my cousin is putting on a bunch of carbon fiber parts for me. well, really i bought it off of him and he decided to run it one more time before giving it to me. somehow he managed to hit like a brick mailbox, and broke some plastic. but, as long as iget it back...

yeah they are really fast.
i've heard rumors about a supercharger for them. depending on how pricey it is, i might get one. if it's way too much, which it probably is, i'm not gonna waist my money.

yea my t-maxx was awesome. i took it over to my friends mx track and could actually hit one of his doubles with it. i drove it off 6 foot drop offs, jumps dirtbike berms, did woops sections(that one didn't work very good), i actually managed to land a backflip with it, it was nutz

sesnopro:
the iCAT isn't worth the MSRP. the way to get them is on ebay. mine was $130. there is usually someone selling one. theres only really a couple of types (theyre aren't bike model specific, just how your ignition is arranged) so read up on 'em and you'll like it..
