Raptor 350. Lighter than the others.

Plenty fast, plus you said you wanted to do wheelies and jumps. Perfect for that.

It would Blow the 350 out of the water! imo.. The 700 is fuel injected and only 21 pounds heavier then the 350. The only downfall is its about $3.000 more.

really only 21 pounds? thats crazy! and in my case the bikes are the same price . both are $6000 . but the 700 is stock and the 350 has almost every modd out there. i couldnt believe the stuff he added on to it.

I would look at the predator also. Ive rode the 700 and was really impressed with the power, but I also liked the way the predator handled. The 700 is big machine and didnt feel quite as nimble as the predator. Granted the predator is a little smaller machine, but unless or drag racing I dont think you will see very much difference. Also I thought that the predator jumped much more stable than the 700, but then again thats just one guys view. Good luck with your search

I would go with the raptor that 700 has tons of power stock and its not as old as the others.

Really none of those are that good for jumping. If you want to do jumps, you want a 450 race quad or a motocross bike.
Of the ones you listed, Id go with the Predator. Its going to be the fastest and have the best suspension for jumping of them all. Also, Predators are rock-solid reliable.
The Raptor 350 is an entry-level trail quad, its suspension isnt designed for jumping. The same for the Raptor 700R. Its a trail quad (thats why Yamaha also makes the YFZ 450).
The Z400 (same thing as the Kawi KFX 400 and Arctic Cat DVX 400) are well known for having issues with the frame breaking if you do a lot of jumping.

actually i dont plan on doing alot of jumping .. just wheelies mostly.
basically all im doing is free riding on feilds and pits, and wheelies, and some trails and side roads.

My 2 pennies worth...

Well I'm not gonna tell you which quad to buy, but I will say this: When buying used it is almost always best to go with something that is stock rather than heavily modified or modified at all. The add-ons place a lot more stress on the engine and everything in general. Also it is normal for the people that mod stuff to ride them harder and abuse them more... Why else would they do it? Just my opinion.. Good luck!

my buddy has a preditor tld edition... its very reliable... he has never had any problems and he does the same kind of riding you want to do... and he loves the bike and has no regrets or complaints.
