December 28, 2007 Tug Hill

The conditions up in Lewis County, NY right now are unbelieveable. Almost all the trails are as smooth as glass. I would have to say the Highmarket area the trails are in the best shape. Thank you to the clubs that do keep up that area. For the best conditions and web cams up on Tug Hill check this out-------> Highmarketsports.com

MOST SNOW EAST OF THE ROCKIES!!!

For information on good rental shops and lodging in the are give Highmarket INN a call. Mike will give you deals only found through Highmarket INN/SPORTS on Tug Hill.

Well I dont live up there I just have my camp up there. I called a local guy and he said it is very patchy and limited to where you go. On top of the hill there is probably 8-12new inches depending on where its blowing. They have a very good base though. I guess if you do down to Redfield though they have quite a bit i hear. As of right now the cam shows snow in the air and predicts it all week. We will keep our fingers crossed and see what happens.

If anyone gets up to the hill support the guys like HIGHMARKET INN. These are the kind of ppl who take care of you.
