New Member New Rider Hello from NH

I'm now the owner of a 2000 Polaris xc sp 500. I got in a CL trade and figured I would give this Sledding thing a try.
I'm working on a broken spring issue that I'll be taking care of this weekend sometime. Thanks to some great folks in the Polaris section!
I'll also be cleaning the carbs just to make sure they are good to go. I'll do some reading and find out what other things I should be doing before the snow flys. Thanks for the great site...I'm sure I'll find everything I need and more!!

Welcome aboard, fellow NH'er! There is a carb cleaning tutorial in the How-to's section of this forum.

Thanks everyone!
I got the machine moved to the garage today. I started by trying to drive it through the yard.....You should see the size of the hole I put in the yard LOL whooops! I'll be replacing those springs tomorrow and cleaning the carbs. I've got to order a set of tow loops. I think I'll get the ones on ebay....red.
