New to forum
I would like to introduce my self....my wife and I own a company called GDAC(Grubb Data Acquisition Consultants ,Inc) we are currently under contract with Digatron to provide technical services to distributors, dealers and users of Digatron Data Acquisition Instruments. We plan on attending many differant racing events involving, snowmobiles, karting, minni sprints, boat races and other forms of racing that are widely using Digatron Instruments or could benefit by doing so.
Snowmobiling is a completely new adventure for us,but not Digatron,in fact snowmobiling industry is the largest purchaser of Digatron's Instruments. For the serious racer these instruments can make the snowmobiler aware of many unforseen problems before they become real serious.
We plan on attending as many events as possible in the Midwest to assist the end users and to show that your dealers also have field support,I have a lot to learn about snowmobiling ,but I'm sure that most aspects of monitoring exact engine performance such as head temps, exhaust temps, rpm's and even timing on timed events is always a top priority.
We are looking for this to be an exciting area for us and I'm sure we will have a lot to learn about how events are conducted, proper dressing for the weather and differant type of events that are held and we are wanting to start planning some events to attend, so any input about these things would greatly be appreciated along with other web.pages or forums to keep in touch with.
We will be covering an area that includes the following states...Minn.,Wisc.,Iowa,Illinois,Mo.,Arkansas,Te nn.,Kentucky,Indiana and Mich...Many of these states are not involved in snowmobiling but will most likely be our main summer events, but again some of these areas have indoor racing events going on at the same time as snowmobiling and we could work them in on the same trip. So let us know where we should be ...
