Thanks for the warm welcome everyone!
Do a bit of everything when it comes to hunting, deer, moose, elk, goose, etc.
Shot a 4x4 Whitetail this year. Nice buck, and yes there are HUGE monsters around here. If lucks on your side then you can get drawn for Mule deer, and those baby's get BIG up here too.
Going elk hunting after christmas in the Cypress Hills.

Nice, i shot a 5 pointer here in maine this year, and a little button buck. I didnt know there was elk and muleys in saskatchewan

Yep, we got elk in the southwest corner of Saskatchewan, and we got them up above the tree line.
Muley's are everywhere here. They are on a draw tag system, so there are lots that get the chance to get to there prime size. And let me tell you there are some MASSIVE ones!
Actually my tag is for Antlerless Elk this year. (Cow or 2004 calf) Kind of a bummer, but its not often you get a Elk tag in Sask.
