Hi Everybody!

Hey there! My name is Joe and I am first time sled owner. I recently purchased a 2009 Polaris 550 IQ Shift from a friend that had no use for it. The sled only has 1200 miles on it, but was in an accident prior to me purchasing it. I am in the process of replacing the right side lower and upper control arms (A Arms), as well as the exhaust pipe in between the header and the muffler. Does anybody have any good places to pick up aftermarket or OEM parts for this sled, or any Polaris sled in general? Thanks!
- Joe

Welcome aboard! Check the "misc parts" section of this forum, then click on parts links for a bunch of suppliers.

Welcome to the forum! There aren't too many aftermarket parts available for that engine, you will probably have to go OEM to replace the pipe. Babbits is one place online that offers OEM parts at less than dealer prices.

You may find some factory take-off parts being sold by someone that has upgraded to a Holtz (or other manufacturer). Try calling Carls Cycle in Idaho, they do a lot of Polaris upgrades and may have the OEM parts for sale. If they have some, it will be at a LOT less cost than factory new.

Good luck!

Thanks for the response. I did some more searching around and ended up just purchasing the few parts I needed from Babbitts online. The prices were the best I could find and the shipping was fast. I will try to snap some pictures while I am putting the sled back together.
