I was gonna clean the one that was on there and see if its still any good...
sleds been sitting for a couple years, so it slips really bad and can barely get the sled going. Sold the john deer, so for $300 i got a werking 650 rxl EFI and a 98 double trailer in good shape
i would just go into a local shop that works on sleds or something and look for a stiffer one. but it sounds like maybe your clutch needs to be cleaned... if it's not engaging. once you get it running right then you should check into upgrading it, if it's not already good enough. my spring broke, so i bought a stiffer one, but you can get them online and stuff too im sure. if you need more help getting it working you could try posting in the drivetrain or engine area.
