New to the forum
Hello everyone. I will be in the market some time soon for a new/newer sled. My last sled was a 97 SX700 Triple Yamaha. I sold about 5 years ago and I miss it. I will be looking for a high HP model. I did a google search and found some info on the Artic Cat Z1 Turbo. It sounds like something Id like. Does any other manufactuer make one equal or faster?
Im from Iowa, forgot to mention that. I Travel for work and I am currently in Avcoa NY not sure for how long or where Ill go next. If anyone wants any more info about me, feel free to ask.
TIA
-Bill

Welcome to the forums. The fastest sled I've seen around these parts is a polaris IQ. Don't really know for sure what the fastest ones are.

Oh and I did find two real nice sleds. One's a sonic, my grandfather told me it was clocked at 120+ and it was the loudest sled he ever heard about. It shattered a window when it started lol. The other is a bosscat from the 90's. It was supposedly clocked at 161 mph. I didn't beleive it but it's on the site here somewhere, pm me for the link.

Welcome to the forum!
Fast sleds.. when the Yamaha RX-1 first came out, it was 137mph from the factory. The Apex is similar in power. Skidoo had their killer 1000 which also was 120+mph. I know AC had the Thundercat 1000 and it would do more than 120 as well.
Here's one that is pretty fast too

Thanks for the replies. Seems to the Apex is quick, but the Yamahas seem expensive compaired to the other makes. Still leaning towards Artic Cat Z1 Turbo. There is one ebay now. To bad im not quite ready to buy.
