Smile Hey everyone

Hello everyone, my names Dean I am from Duluth, MN and am new to the site. I just purchased my first snowmobile from my friends dad. It's a 1991 Polaris Indy Trail 488. I will get some pics if I remember. I paid $150 for it, at the time I bought it (5 days ago) it didn't idle at all but drove pretty decent and the skis were not the greatest. So I cleaned the pilot jets and now it idles pretty good and drives good. The left spindle bolt broke and had to be drilled, not fun, and it ended up crooked so I am going to have to get a new spindle and I am looking for some plastic skis for it. But $150 ain't too bad in my opinion. So I needed some info about the carb's that's how I found this site. It seems like a good group of people here so I think I will stick around. But I just wanted to say Hello and if anyone has any skis near Duluth that would fit my sled I would be interested in buying them.

Cya, Everyone
