Hello all. So time has come. I'm tired of everyone in the family, and all my friends owning snowmobiles. I come from a family with relatives that all own snowmobiles, except myself. So i've come to get opinions from people who have personal experience with snowmobiles. So, there's my question, I'm looking to get a snowmobile that's under $3500, but it's still relatively new. I'm 6'2 and 150 pounds, so i don't need an 800 to toss me around and get myself killed on. I'm looking at maybe a 600. So, if anyone's got a suggestion for me it'll be greatly appreciated. Brand does not really matter, I know that snowmobiles is personal preference, just like trucks. But it seems no one likes Arctic Cats.

Welcome! I like your comment about the Cats - However in the 2000's now it seems they are a real competitor. The guys I ride with don't like cats in general but the few guys that have tried the newer ones are saying they may buy one! The last cat I tried was an early 90's jag and it was an anchor! But before I upgrade I will try a newer one
