Choosing first sled??

I know something about tractors yet next to nothing about sleds. I thought this would be a good place to start. I am seriously looking at a 2008 Skidoo MXZ TNT. It is light (under 400 pounds) seems to fit the general use (mostly trails) I have in mind. It looks like it is middle of the road as far as power. I thought of a used one, but I wanted to stay trouble free for a while. Any thoughts from those of you with some experience? (which in my case is just about everyone)

If your looking for a ski-doo, go with a 600H.O. Thats a pretty mean sled. Because as soon as you get use to your sled, your going to want more power. So maybe start there.

The TnT is an awesome sled, and the REV 600 SDI's are unbelievable also. 18MPG out of a sled, and power to boot!! I think the 600 might be all you need. I have an 800 triple, and it's pretty much a point and shoot sled. Too much power for the twisties.

Hadn't even thought of that. Certainly from a durability standpoint a 4 stroke has real appeal. I guess I would be compromising weight/power ratio with a 4 stroke over a 2 stroke? I am concerned about getting stuck with a heavier machine as I am not a big fellow with lots of deep snow around here. Yet i will definitly look into them. Thanks
