Nice sleds! Does the Mach have the cracks on the front corners of the hood, like mine does?

Nice lookin rides guys!
Amazing what a little TLC will do. I've re-done a few relics over my years too and it's really a labor of love. Lots of fun to share with guys and gab on the trails too.

thanks!

Ok to answer a few questions...We dont have cracks on the corners but more of a flex crazing in the center?

The panther is a 94 and is the 4th sled I have restored. That one is a bit new to call it a restore though..

I redid a 79 jag that was showroom condition when I finished...And a 74 Rupp American for a friend along with his 82 Jag. Good times when we were youngins. We did those when I was around 15.

Got out of sleds for about 12 years and now I am back at least for a year or 2 before we move again.

Most of the PRS hoods have at least spider cracking in the paint. Mine has cracks in the gel coat.

Machines look nice though!

I just have an affection for that cowl design on the panther. Always thought that one looked good, now at least it will have a little power to back it up.

What should I expect power wise out of the Mach 1 this will be my wifes first sled, she has never ridden before. Somehow I feel that it may be a bit fast for a learner..

Maybe I should put her on the 700 lol

Wow... In the one picture, you really cleaned the engine compartment. There isn't even an exhaust or an engine! Talk about spotless :-)

What do you use to clean your engine bays? I cannot get mine "spotless." I've used brake cleaner, carb cleaner, engine gunk, etc.
