Learned how to carve

well this past weekend was my first chance to get to practice my carving. up in the UP we got tons of snow. were goin back next weekend so maybe i can try and perfect it. i can whip it around pretty good and also do the long straights. the only problem i have is sumtimes when im takin a turn it just sorta STOPS like outta nowhere.then i end up fallin off jump back on and keep goin. is there any way to sorta avoid that sudden stop when turnin. do i need to use more trottle or sumtin.
