Cool M1000?

Anyone been looking into the artic cat m1000? This year we had such a good year, the only way to go up the mountains was based on how much snow your sled could throw, until it got marked. Would the m1000 or the ski-doo 150 hp 800 be the best to crest them hills out west, before they get cut up?

I sure see alot of m's on the mountain with the ski-doo's. Didn't go with the cat because no reverse, but the 07's have it. Sure like the sounds of the diamond drive instead of the chain case. How did the cat do with this new set up? Also like the fact they are keeping the smaller skis, which looks like it will be easier to turn and side hill in the deep stuff.

Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy my ski-doo and would recommend one, but would like to hear the good and the bad of the cats.

sesnopro, why do you like the M series so well and what kind of riding do you enjoy?

last year a M7 could out climb any ski doo polaris or yamaha. this year is no different. the attack 20 has got to be the best track ever. it works well in any condition. the sno pros have it and they holeshot just about every thing. plus from what I hear you can turn them on a dime compared to the rest.

cat real knows moutains just look at the m1

Looking at the m8 and m1000 they look very good and made to handle the mountain in deep snow. Didn't go with the m7, no reverse. When we explore on ok days it is nice to get turned quickly on narrow logging roads. I will keep an eye out this year and see if AC will be my next sled for 08. The 07's are not showing to have the attack 20 track. I have hear they where having problems with it folding up when riding down steep slops causing riders to lose control.

the problem was, that some times the slide would spear the track. I hear they fixed it. I dont know what caused it but it has not occured no the sno pros.
