Well, we finally got some much needed snow. Anywhere from Cedar Rapids to the NNE got enough to ride on. Most places got 8-10 inches. Where I am at we got about 6-8, but the forst 3-4 were wet and sticky and makes a great base. With the drifting it sure is filling up the ditches and trails. Looks like it will stick around.

Yes! They need to be on you at all times while riding. The fines are steep for all of them. We were all told that with these new rules this year they would be out in large numbers to enforce them this year.
