Michigan Riders.

What part of Michigan do you generally ride in? I mostly stay in West Mich. Going to Gaylord area this year for 4 days and would like input from some of you that ride over there. We are thinking of staying at a place i think its called Beaver Creek.

We rode in Gaylord for the whole season last year. There was no reason for us to go all the way to the UP when Gaylord had 3' the whole season. The trails are pretty decent the farther away you get from the bars.

Locky,
We have a family place in Waters just south of Gaylord and the ridin is great there. We sure have alot of fun. Maybe we can hook up this winter for a ride.

I always ride in the Upper Peninsula. Generally near the Bergland area. Riding is great when the groomers are in full operation. Every once in a while though, the trails are really bad.

We are on the other side of I75 from Waters just off Marlette Rd. We can get to the Mobile fuel station right by I75 in about 20 minutes on sleds.

Sure. We only have 3 in our group...99 MachZ 800, 95 V-Max 600, and my XCR 600, so I'd imagine it wouldn't be too hard to recognize us. It would be cool to meet up with some people from the forum. How well do you know the trails in the area?

I ride in the Cheboygan/Alpena area most of the year. Lots of trails that dont see a whole lot of use and are for the most part, groomed regularly.

I'm down for a forum ride - coordinating the date would be hard though.

I would also be interested in meeting for a ride. Mesick is also nice and the trails connect to cadilac.

We ride up in the Big Bay area. Well, last year was my first year. My dad has been riding there since about 2000, I believe. Our Cabin is right on the lake, right next to the Gay Motel, seriously. None of them bother us. It's also right behind the OutPost up there. I don't know if I have the name right or not. If anyone wants to meet, let me know, and I'll try to convince my dad to meet some people over the internet .
